Learn how to prepare three simple salads for spring
Spring is the perfect season to taste soft, fresh dishes that can be prepared in a short time. Especially if you care about your physique in the summer.

Caprese salad
Ingredients: 90 grams of tomato, 20 grams of mozzarella cheese, 50 milliliters of olive oil, 10 grams of basil, liquefied garlic and salt to taste.
Preparation: Cut the sliced tomatoes and the cheese into slices. Macerate the basil with ground garlic, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well. On a plate serve the tomatoes with the cheese, add the dressing and go.
Grilled Salad
Ingredients: 60 grams of eggplant, 60 grams of zucchini, 40 grams of champignons, 60 grams of bell pepper, 60 grams of green pepper, 200 milliliters of vegetable oil, 10 grams of parsley, 10 grams of huacatay, 10 grams of chincho, 10 grams of good herb, 40 grams of lettuce mix, 100 grams of carrot and salt to taste.
Preparation: First you must marinate the eggplant, zucchini, champignons, bell pepper, green pepper and carrot with huacatay, good herb and vegetable oil. After marinating, skip the vegetables in a pan over high heat. When they are ready, reserve them.
Prepare a chimichurri with huacatay, good herb and vegetable oil. Once mixed, let it stand while you continue with the preparation. In another bowl, place the lettuce mix with the sauteed vegetables. Finally, check out the chimichurri.
Avocado stuffed with Russian salad
Ingredients: 30 grams of quail egg, 1/2 avocado, 350 grams of potato, 150 grams of beterraga, 50 grams of carrot, 50 grams of vanilla, 100 milliliters of mayonnaise, 20 grams of mustard, 30 milliliters of olive oil and salt to taste.
Preparation: First prepare the Russian salad, parboil the vegetables, peel them and cut them into cubes. Integrate with mayonnaise and olive oil. Reserve the preparation. Laminate the avocado, roll it in the mold, toss the Russian salad in the middle. Decorate the dish to your liking with quail egg. Remove the mold and go.
