The Delphos Bistró restaurant will present a special buffet that will include traditional Arequipa dishes such as the classic rocoto stuffed, the lamb rib in ocopa sauce, the potato pie, the pork marinade characato, the locro, the mosquito and the rice of the White city with beans, cheese, huacatay and tomato concassé, among others.
You can also find a blunt fish and shrimp lollipop, the southern-style stuffed potato, single shot, causes Arequipeña and various sauces such as japchi, Creole sarsa, huacatay chimichurri and the inevitable rocoto cream. On the dessert table, they will highlight the famous frozen cheese, the sky bacon, the papaya cheesecake, among other varieties of sweets.
