In October enjoy our Pairing Dinner
Lima, October 2019.- Delfines Hotel & Convention Center's gourmet restaurant, Oceanus Wine Bar & Restaurant, presents an ideal Pairing Dinner for wine lovers. On October 16 and 23 from 8:30 p.m., you can enjoy exquisite dishes in an ideal evening to share with someone special.
This four-course dinner begins with a beterraga carpaccio with blue cheese, served with balsamic oil vinaigrette. Continue with a beautiful ceviche marinated in passion fruit juice and orange, accompanied by sweet potato glaze, corn and onion crunch. As a third dish there will be a tenderloin in red wine reduction with dill aroma, accompanied with risotto and sauteed baby vegetables.
To end the pairing dinner, executive chef Neeraj Vij has chosen a chocolate mousse filled with berries and chocolate mirror. "The choice of dishes shows the best of Peruvian and international supplies to give the consumer a new experience," added the chef.
On this occasion, the wine selection includes Argentine wines such as the Trapiche reserve Chardonay, the Fond de Cave Reserva Souvignon Blanc and the Trapiche Reserva Malbec. For dessert, the Sommelier Flavio Cusma has chosen the Spanish wine Anna de Cordoníu Rosé, ideal to end the evening and discover more about the world of pairing.
